Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2020-2025
Overview
Infrastructure WA (IWA) is undertaking consultation on its first Disability Access & Inclusion Plan (DAIP).
The comment period on the draft DAIP closes on 29 June 2020.
Why your views matter
This survey is an opportunity for IWA’s stakeholders to have input into the new DAIP.
The Disability Services Act 1993 requires State Government agencies develop a DAIP within 12 months of formation, and to review their DAIP every five years.
IWA has developed its inaugural DAIP and as required under the Disability Services Act 1993, is now undertaking consultation in order to seek feedback through this survey.
If you would prefer, hard copies of this survey can be obtained from IWA at Dumas House, or posted to you. You can complete a hard copy response to the survey and return it to IWA in one of the ways listed below:
- in person to reception at Dumas House, 2 Havelock Street, West Perth WA 6005; or
- in the mail to Locked Bag 3001, West Perth WA 6872; or
- scanned and emailed to enquiries@infrastructure.wa.gov.au.
If you have any questions regarding this survey or the proposed DAIP, please contact Haydn Kruger on 08 6552 5438.
All information obtained during this consultation will be kept confidential.
